Motivational strategies aimed at the human talent of the private security company

Abstract

The objective of the research is to propose motivational strategies aimed at the human talent of the private security company Serenos Montalbán, C.A of the Miranda municipality, Falcón state. The methodological route, the study was based on a positivist paradigm, hypothetical-deductive method; In addition, a field study of a transectional nature was applied; since the information was collected at the same time. As a closing reflection, it was obtained that the motivation variable and the hygiene factors dimension, reflecting that the company policy administration indicator, has on average a negative trend, consequently, the surveillance company presents deficiencies in achieving the objectives and the coherence of the implementation of the activities; It was also found that supervision has weakness; In relation to the salary and security indicator, the same result of positive behavior, the achievement, recognition, growth and promotion indicators have weaknesses.
