Motivation as a key factor for the retention of human talent in the Foundever company in Bogotá, Colombia

Abstract

The research aims to propose motivation strategies as a key factor for the retention of human talent in the company FOUNDEVER in Bogotá, Colombia. Methodologically the research was of positivist paradigm, deductive method and field research type. The results showed that the indicators of organizational socialization and job enrichment were mostly positive, with a minority proportion of workers expressing dissatisfaction and not having received the necessary training on the functioning of the company. Regarding the growth or progress indicator, this was mostly positive, but there was a significant percentage who considered the opposite. In conclusion, there is a minority but representative proportion of workers who said they were not satisfied with the payment of social benefits, a situation that needs to be reviewed and addressed, considering that social benefits represent an important aspect of the remuneration package.
