Coaching strategies to enhance human talent development

Abstract

The objective of this research is to propose coaching strategies to improve the development of human talent in the SENIAT, Regional Management of Internal Taxes in the Falcón Region. The research was of non-experimental design and descriptive level. The results showed that the skills indicator has a positive behavior, taking into account that the majority stated that always and almost always, the heads of the Regional Management of Internal Taxes promote the development of the skills of human talent, however, there is a significant percentage stating that sometimes, almost never and never in the institution the skills of the personnel are developed. In conclusion, in relation to the indicator to measure, it resulted in negative behavior, that is to say, there are deficiencies in terms of the verification of approaching or moving away from the objectives set
