Teachers' digital competencies and the transformation of teaching practices

Abstract

This research study focused on analyzing teachers’ digital competencies and the transformation of teaching practices. Methodologically, the study adopted a qualitative, descriptive approach, drawing on techniques such as systematic review combined with content analysis, and tools such as data collection forms and analysis matrices. Similarly, the PRISMA methodology was used to select the articles for analysis. The results revealed evidence related to horizontal interaction, opportunity, overcoming challenges, ethics, post-digital skills, the use of AI, and continuing education. In conclusion, digital competencies are perceived as key factors that promote the constructive sharing of knowledge, where both teachers and students provide feedback to one another through interaction to enrich their knowledge in light of various transformations.
