Abstract

The overall objective of the research was to analyze the “Brilliant Minds” program for fostering creativity among teachers in Huaranchal, Peru. This research study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology and a quasi-experimental design, and was supplemented by a documentary–bibliographic analysis. The population consisted of 40 teachers from an educational institution in Huaranchal: 8 men and 12 women in the control group, and 7 men and 13 women in the experimental group, ranging in age from 30 to 55 years; the sample was a census sample.
