Analysis of the incorporation of companies in notarial law in the digital age
Abstract
The article analyzes the transformation of notarial law in the digital age, focusing on the incorporation of companies. It examines how digitization impacts efficiency and legal certainty in these processes, using a qualitative approach that combines current legislation and case studies. The results show a growing adaptation of notarial functions to digital environments, which raises the need for regulatory reforms to support this transition. It highlights the importance of establishing a solid legal framework that guarantees the validity of electronic legal acts without compromising notarial public faith. The study concludes that digitization represents an opportunity to modernize notarial practices, provided that a balance is achieved between technological innovation and legal protection. This evolution requires continuous reflection and institutional adjustments to ensure that adequate attention is paid to the new challenges of the digital environment.
