Strategies to improve the organizational climate of educational managers in the university context

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to generate participatory and integrative strategies for the improvement of the organizational climate of the managers of the “Alonso Gamero” Territorial Polytechnic University of Falcón. It is supported by the Participatory Action research method. This process is developed in four phases: diagnosis, planning, execution and evaluation. Regarding the diagnosis, it was carried out through interviews and direct observations, to detect communication and integration between the educational managers of said institution. Then, a discussion was held, where a general planning and action plan was carried out to develop activities, which was described and reflected on by the actors involved in the research. Regarding the evaluation phase, this was carried out through work tables at the end of each of the planned activities, in order to visualize the failures and suggestions that were given during this entire transformation process.
