Management strategy for the improvement of the organizational climate of the Student Welfare Direction

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to propose a Management Strategy for the improvement of the organizational climate of the Student Welfare Directorate of the South Sports University, developed as a field research with a descriptive level under the modality of a feasible project. The results obtained are shown graphically by means of circular diagrams for their better visualization and compression. Among the most relevant findings, an unfavorable organizational climate was observed, for which the strategy was based on the design of recreational activities and training workshops aimed at the workers of said Directorate. The management strategy is viable for the Organization since it allows having an efficient and excellent low-budget tool to improve the work environment and thus increase the productivity and performance of human talent in search of excellence for the Organization.
