Abstract

The research was aimed at proposing guidelines for the management of infrastructure projects in the Physical Plant Division of the “Francisco de Miranda” National Experimental University. The research design was considered non-experimental, projective type, special project modality. Regarding the analysis of the data obtained, it was made up of results matrices and developed in a Pareto Diagram. The results obtained indicated that the project management process carried out in the Physical Plant Division corresponds to a traditional management based on the variable, dimensions and indicators that supported the research, in which it is required to focus efforts on a methodology that will allow numerous benefits, from the organizational point of view.
