Effects of public procurement on the administration of decentralized autonomous governments, Ecuador
Abstract
The general objective of the research was to describe the effects of public procurement in the administration of decentralized autonomous governments, Ecuador. It was carried out from a quantitative perspective, from the documentary-bibliographic typology. This in view of the fact that from the documentary review and the study of the social reality, facts related to the subject of study have been described. In this sense, the current regulations, theses and refereed works were analyzed. It was concluded that the goals achieved by the decentralized government have allowed obtaining several benefits that contribute to the good living of the citizens that make up the provinces of Ecuador. These cantonal provinces have the necessary laws for effective administrative control, ensuring that the public procurement process is carried out with transparency and equity.
