Emerging approaches to rethink management action in university organizations

Abstract

The transformation of university organizations must be seen as an imminent and necessary process that goes through the review of the theoretical assumptions and institutional practices that they develop. This is due to the emergence of a new vision of managerial action in university educational institutions, from which it implies assuming new epistemological, ontoepistemic, axiological, praxiological paradigms and therefore methodological supporters of a different academic management. In this sense, it is important to know that transcomplexity as an integrating approach assumes the individual as the essence and backbone of the organization for its hominization, that is, it seeks the evolution of the individual-organizational being in the midst of chaos and uncertainty through an organizational worldology in everyday life. Furthermore, it is considered an emerging foundation for a management that is part of the “learn to learn to innovate” model in order to successfully position itself in the complex and changing world.
