Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the viability of implementing the cafeteria specialized in the sale of products based on Cannabidiol. The methodology used was a non-experimental and cross-sectional research design, since the research was carried out on a single occasion. The results indicated that the population under study is willing to consume CBD after knowing its benefits, implying that in fact people would be willing to try CBD, even if they do not have knowledge of it, either its therapeutic properties or its origin. The survey also showed that there is no known other cafeteria with this theme within the city of Ambato. In conclusion, the implementation of a cafeteria specialized in the sale of CBD-based products would require in-depth knowledge of the legality and regulations around the sale of these products.
