Review of the functions manual for the optimization of administrative management
Abstract
The objective of the research was to review the functions manual for the optimization of administrative management. The descriptive and analytical methodology was applied that allowed us to know what the possible shortcomings are so that these guidelines are not being successful as they should, the population under study was made up of 50 employees of the company. The results of the surveys carried out show results that determine that Graiman uses the functions manual as a basis for its administration, but the staff does not have as much information about this document, which is very important so that each of them can carry out their activities and responsibilities in a passive and correct way. In conclusion, if the company chooses to improve the functions manual according to the proposed example, it would have a much better result in terms of the administration and organization of the company and its human resources.
