Feasibility for investment in a food restaurant
Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine the market feasibility of an investment idea to structure an investment project in a themed restaurant aimed at families with children. The research was descriptive and transectional, the technique used was the survey; The population was made up of inhabitants of the city of Ambato, Ecuador. The results showed that the utilized capacity was calculated from the division of the real capacity and the projected demand, the same reflection as a result of the percentage of occupancy, which in all products is 85% for year 1 and 95%. for year 5, which is feasible and beneficial. In conclusion, the project is feasible since a target market of 29580.06 units is established, which is equivalent to a 2% participation in the market that is equivalent to $177480.37.
