The managerial role based on coaching of general middle school managers

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to determine the managerial role based on the coaching of the general secondary education directors of the educational establishments of the Sucre Municipality of the Miranda State. From a quantitative point of view, the present study was descriptive. A non-experimental field design, the population was constituted by the general secondary education directive staff of the educational establishments of the Sucre municipality of the Miranda State that has twenty (20) directors, with more than 3 years of experience in the management area and some of them with graduate studies. The technique used to collect the information was the survey, and the instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire. It is concluded regarding the competencies of coaching and managerial performance as a coach, an unfavorable situation could be evidenced through the results and there are deficiencies in the implementation of managerial strategies.
