Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the productivity of human talent in a mechanical company. The research was methodologically non-experimental, correlational in nature. The data collection instrument is represented by a questionnaire. The results reflected that the indicators nature of work, supervision, current payment and opportunities for promotion were negative. In reference to the productivity variable and the productivity dimension, it was evident that the efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness indicators resulted in a negative trend. In conclusion, the Pearson correlation coefficient (rxy) was calculated, which was equal to 0.97, which indicates a very high positive correlation between the variables job satisfaction and productivity. In the same way, the variation of the variables was determined, the result of which is 94%, the exposed value indicates that job satisfaction represents that percentage of the variation in productivity
