Management indicators based on the balanced scorecard model

Abstract

The objective of the research was to design management indicators based on the integrated scorecard model. Methodologically, the research was field and descriptive level; The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results showed that the vision of the institution does not adapt to the demands of the future market, while the activity indicator, for its part, reflects normal to negative behavior, where employees lack tools and resources to do their work. in accordance with the requirements of the research organization; The growth indicator reflected a negative trend, which means that the organization does not use indicators to study its financial growth. In conclusion, the quality indicator was negative; meaning that the organization does not have documented indicators that help strengthen management regarding service quality
