Training program aimed at administrative staff of the university human talent department

Abstract

Aimed at the administrative staff of the university human talent department. This research was framed in a non-experimental research design, field type, descriptive level. Regarding the results, these reflected that human talent has knowledge of the mission, vision, administrative terminology and equipment most used in their service, they have good skills and abilities, however, it is convenient to note that a significant percentage stated that needs greater skills to improve their future performance, the personnel studied maintain a positive attitude. Staff also demand more knowledge regarding the activities they carry out in their workplace, sometimes and facilitators are never evaluated and updated training programs are executed. In conclusion, the institution does not have a training program adapted to the needs of the staff.
