Abstract

The objective of the research is to propose management training strategies to strengthen the human talent management of the UNEFM's Extension and Production Department. Methodologically, the research was of non-experimental design; in these designs the variables are not manipulated. The results showed that the institution does not take into account the results of the performance evaluation, which is a very valuable tool that allows to diagnose some weaknesses in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities and on the other hand it is a motivating factor for the members of the organization. It was also possible to demonstrate that the human talent under study does not receive rewards other than their nominal salaries. In conclusion, the organization does not develop preventive health and safety programs in the work area; likewise, management control is carried out irregularly.
