Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the psychological contract of employees in public organizations. The research was of non-experimental design and descriptive level. The results showed that the benefits indicator reflected negative behavior, since the categories with the highest percentages were sometimes and never, which means that the workers of the organization studied are not satisfied with the benefits they receive for their work; it was possible to deduce that the voluntary selection indicator has a negative tendency, since the categories with the highest percentages were sometimes, almost never and never, which means that the organization does not promote the exchange of promises that leads to the achievement of contractual commitments. In conclusion, the workers are not satisfied with the benefits they receive for their work and also consider that there is no moral commitment to participate in the organization.
