Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze managerial competencies in the pharmaceutical service company and other goods. The research was of descriptive level, its primary concern lies in describing some fundamental characteristics of homogeneous sets of phenomena. The results related to the managerial competence variable, the indicators formal and informal communication, negotiation skills and time management were positive; however, there is a significant proportion of workers who consider that the company does not practice formal or written communication adequately, some conflict situations prevail that are not properly addressed and there is a waste in terms of time management and workers' activities. In conclusion, the managerial competences are fulfilled in a pharmaceutical service company and other goods, but it is advisable to be attentive to any eventuality and organizational weakness.
